About Rylee

My name is Rylee, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, having earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Psychology from Life Pacific University.

I believe that therapy is a place for everyone. Mental health issues impact the lives of people from all generations and all parts of the world; whether that is a current life stressor or a history of trauma, relationship issues or a lack of coping skills. Therapy is a safe space to become equipped with the tools needed to overcome the challenges you are facing.

I know that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience, and thus I consider myself a client-centered therapist who takes an integrative approach, which means I utilizes strategies from various modalities in order to meet the needs of my client’s current goals. I prioritize creating a warm and safe space for clients to show up, exactly as they are, free of judgement. I have extensive experience working with individuals who suffer from anxiety and depression related disorders, trauma, and family of origin dysfunction. I am also passionate about working with individuals who have been involved with the foster care system.
