“Becoming:” Group Therapy for Women in Their 20s
“Feeling stuck in this season of life?”
Does this sound like you?
You feel like you're in a transition or at a crossroads
You're working through questions about career, dating, or identity
You're longing for honest conversations and deeper connection
Welcome to “Becoming!” This group is a closed, curated space addressing stagnation and avoidance-driven indecision in emerging adult women. In group, you will be combining tools with group processing to promote clarity and value-based action.
Why group therapy?
Being a woman in your 20s can be extremely isolating. On the surface, it seems like everyone else has their life together, and any drawbacks towards your goals aren’t just mistakes—they can feel like personal failures. “Becoming” is a group created to remind you that you are not alone. If anything, what you’re experiencing is frustratingly normal. Join a group of young, like-minded women to explore the underlying causes of anxiety, support and inspire one another, and bloom into the woman you know you can be.
What to expect:
Frequency: 8 weekly group sessions in person, on Wednesdays at 6PM - 7PM
Group: Therapy with a group of 6 participants, screened prior to ensure sessions are productive, safe, and meaningful.
Program: We will be demystifying what makes us feel “stuck,” going through psychoeducational materials, and participating in group discussions rooted in the ACT modality (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
Confidentiality: All participants will be held to a standard of maintaining each others’ privacy, per a written agreement.
Accountability: Attendance, participation, and check-ins will be taken to keep track of your progress.
