Positions:

We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality mental health services and supporting individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to work both via Telehealth and In-Person at our Bloom Office.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
Develop treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of each client
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including medical records
Utilize therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and behavioral health interventions
Provide mental health counseling to clients of diverse backgrounds and ages, including children, couples and families
Engage in clinical research activities to enhance treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Licensed or license-eligible therapist (LPCC or LMFT)
Experience in clinical counseling and mental health services
Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and interventions
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Knowledge of child family counseling practices
Knowledge and experience working with couples
Familiarity with clinical research methodologies

This is a W-2 position for a therapist (psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to work in a private practice setting providing counseling to individuals and couples. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are highly preferred.
All client referrals are provided.
Full time requires 24+ client hours/week (typically meaning 24-28 clients need to be scheduled) with a flexible schedule and is eligible for health insurance benefits.

This is a W-2 position for a therapist (psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to work in a private practice setting providing counseling to individuals and couples. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are highly preferred.
All client referrals are provided.
Part time requires 15+ client hours/week (this typically means 15-20 clients need to be scheduled weekly).
